Talk About Trees finished another successful school year, visiting with 151,246 Oregonians about the importance of trees in forests.
This past year all of our Classroom Programs have been aligned with current Oregon Educational Science and Social Studies standards, as well as Next Generation Science Standards.
The Primary Classroom Programs have been extensively updated and work continues to update the Intermediate and Middle School Classroom Programs.
On September 7th, Oregon Forest Resources Institute funded a field trip for all TAT facilitators. We toured Freres Lumber Company and went on a woods tour on Weyerhaeuser ground.
